The following terms and conditions apply to the sale of products listed on the website of www.n22medical.com. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Order Acceptance

Any orders placed on n22medical.com are subject to N22 Medical Supplies' sole discretion in accepting or rejecting them. Confirmation emails will be sent to you with the order details and payment procedure if your order is accepted. If your order is not accepted, you will receive an email notification and any payments you made will be refunded.

Product Availability

The availability of products on the N22 Medical website may change unexpectedly due to the high volume of orders. At the time of your order, N22 Medical Supplies cannot guarantee that the products you order will be available. In case of out-of-stock items, N22 Medical Supplies will notify you via email and offer the choice to cancel your order or wait for the product to be restocked.

Pricing

When you confirm your order, the prices of the products you order will be based on the prices displayed on n22medical.com's website.  The prices shown are not inclusive of any applicable taxes, fees, or charges. Without prior notice, N22 Medical Supplies has the right to alter the prices of the products.

Payment

At this time, our acceptance of payment is limited to Direct Bank Transfer and GCash. Your order will not be processed until you pay in full. Any fees or charges associated with your payment method are your responsibility.

Delivery

All orders made before 12:00 PM Manila time Mon to Fri will be processed the same day. Items ordered after the cut-off time will be processed the next working day. Processing and delivery of all items received on weekends and holidays will be attended to the next working day. Merchandise scheduled for areas outside metro manila will be delivered within five (5) working days. If freight is included, we will arrange for the delivery of your order through our third-party delivery partners to the address you provide. We are not liable for any loss or damage of goods during transit or any delays in delivery. You are responsible for inspecting the goods upon delivery and reporting any defects or discrepancies to us within two (2) days of receipt.

Warranty

N22 Medical Supplies guarantees that its products are free from any inherent factory defects in accordance with the warranty clause set by the factory/manufacturer. Misuse, abuse, negligence, alteration, modification, improper installation, improper maintenance, or normal wear and tear are not covered by this warranty. The performance or suitability of the products for any particular purpose or application are not under N22 Medical Supplies' responsibility. Before making a purchase, it is your responsibility to ensure that the products meet your needs and expectations.

In order to file a warranty claim, you must get in touch with us within seven (7) days of purchase and give us proof of purchase and a description of the defect. After evaluating your claim, we will determine whether to replace or refund the product at our discretion. We may require you to return the defective product to us at your own expense for inspection and verification. Warranty claims will not be accepted after seven (7) days of purchase or without proof of purchase.

Return & Refund

Returns

Applicable within 7 days from the date of receipt ONLY IF you have received the wrong item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused; in the same perfect condition that you received it; and must be in their original packaging. If delivered item is damaged during shipping, please notify us within 2 days from the date of receipt and we shall file a shipment claim with the courier on your behalf.

 Refunds

Upon receipt of the returned items, we shall assess its condition and notify you of the next course of action. Should we deem it valid for a refund, we shall immediately notify you and process a refund.

Shipping

Shipping cost is non-refundable. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs. (unless the problem was due to our error) The cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
